The mug holds exactly the right amount of coffee for me. It also keeps it hot for at least an hour. This was an excellent purchase and I recommend it for any consumer who doesn’t need to drink out of the mug.

My only complaint about this product is the size. It is quite small, and will not work well for heavy coffee drinkers, unless you’ve got access to your brewing station all day. For $25 I would expect something a little bigger, but it’s still easily the best travel mug I have owned.
It does fit under my Keurig brewer, and one Keurig “big cup” fills the Tuff Mug about 3/4 full.
I am very impressed with how long it keeps coffee hot–hours. The lid is secure and I do not worry about carrying it, upright, in my purse. I find that it’s easy to wash, and the lid/little storage area is cute.
Unless I am completely missing something, there’s no collapsible handle as stated on the product description, but I’m not sure why a person would need one for a mug this size.

This is the perfect mug. It holds just the right amount of liquid (about 1 coffee cup full). My most favorite feature is the lid. You can put a tea bag in there so you just need to find hot water and walla: tea!
I loved this mug so much that after I lost mine a few months ago I had to buy another one. I have yet to find another mug that comes close. The only drawback is that the mug stains inside after a few months. This is probably because I clean mine every other day or so.

This “mug” will keep cold/hot for hours and, unlike most others, fits under my Keurig coffee maker’s spout and into my Pacsafe CourierSafe 100 briefcase’s side water-bottle pocket (I also use a Cup Pilot on the commute for convenience). It holds coffee on the way to work, and ice-water (slightly coffee flavored) on the way home. I liked the mug so much I bought a second back-up.

This mug keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold for a very long time! I use it for tea and the water stays at almost boiling for 6 hours. You almost have to be careful when you open it to take a sip because it keeps the water as hot as when you put it in!! I also put cold smoothies in and the smoothie stays cold for just as long. It is truly an amazing mug and worth every penny!
